2. Obtain and prepare the necessary information before booking a payment.

Make sure you book your payment with plenty of time before your school’s deadline. It can take a few days for the funds to reach your school, so don’t wait until the last minute! Lam, an international student from Uganda, advises figuring out whether you are paying the full tuition and fees or in installments, how much is due, and your school’s payment deadline. Another important thing to note, says Michaela from Australia, “Obtain your overseas student ID number before trying to make a payment – as this one is different to your home student ID.”

3. Use the 24/7 customer support.
